If you're thinking of investing in property in Turkey an inspection trip is a great opportunity to see first hand what there is on offer. Our inspection trips run over the course of 3 to 7 days and we arrange the flights, transfers, accommodation and tours of the properties that interest you.

A representative will meet you at your destination airport and transfer you to your accommodation. The cost of the trip is £149 per person (*With a maximum of two people at £149 each. Any other person that wishes to join you will pay full flight costs. Different charges may apply depending on prices and flight availability) which is payable to directly to Sunset Homes.

You will need to ensure your passport is valid for six months from your departure date.

Depending on arrival time, you will be given plenty of time to settle in your accommodation and we will arrange viewing times to suit you when you are in Turkey.

Our property team will ensure you view Sunset Homes developments and many other properties that match your criteria. We also take you on a tour of the local area to give you an idea of what Turkey has to offer.

You will have plenty of time to explore the wonderful local area and evaluate your time in Turkey. A warm welcome will await you in The Istanbul Restaurant in Altinkum.
